While we don’t require a minimum budget, we offer the most value to clients that have budgeted at least $1,000 per traveler, per day. We are flexible, willing to work with a variety of budgets, but our services cater primarily to those looking for exceptional, elevated experiences versus budget-friendly travel.

Yes, we have access to exclusive villas and rental properties worldwide. Please note that we do not work with VRBO or Airbnb for bookings as we cannot verify the quality of these properties.

Absolutely, our advisors excel at consulting and booking air travel. Flights are treated as a separate service and tickets will incur a per-person fee for each flight we arrange.

Certainly, we collaborate with meticulously vetted, exclusive aviation partners to organize private jet charters for our clients.

While we are unable to use points for hotel bookings, we can assist in utilizing points for flights, for a separate fee and on a request basis. We will also always apply your frequent flyer or loyalty/membership numbers to earn additional points.

In order to ensure a memorable and high-quality experience for our clients, we recommend that our clients allow us to fully manage all aspects of travel planning. If you’ve already booked an element of your trip before engaging with us, we ask that ONĒRA take over all remaining bookings and itinerary planning moving forward. This ensures that you’ll have the full Onēra experience as we can guarantee the quality of your experiences at every touchpoint.

First, we will connect over a Discovery Call to discuss your trip and travel preferences. Then we will keep you updated every step of the way as we arrange your itinerary, being sure that our planning aligns with your vision. Email is our primary mode of communication, though we can also speak over the phone to discuss specifics.

We will send you all of your confirmed travel details via email between 3-4 weeks before your departure. This email will include all of your travel arrangements, including a link to your digital itinerary that can be easily accessed through our mobile app, along with travel tips, confirmation documents and additional details.

ONĒRA collaborates with local experts to provide you with 24/7 support in the case of travel emergencies. While you are traveling our in-destination suppliers listed in your itinerary are your first point of contact. We have been working with them for years and know you are in the best of hands. We recommend reach out at least six months before your ideal travel dates. For certain destinations, such as Africa and Japan, we recommend at least one year in advance. We can also work with you for long-term, ongoing travel needs, mapping out travel goals and experiences for years to come.

While not ideal, we understand sometimes last-minute planning is necessary and we can help our clients book travel with short notice. Please note that there is an additional planning feel for trips booked within two months of travel.

No, we work with all hotels, although our specialty and expertise is in working with 4- and 5-star properties.

Yes, as a full-service agency, every detail—including dining recommendations and reservations—is part of our itinerary design process.

We recommend that all of our clients secure travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances. We also provide you with our cancellation policies before booking so you’re fully aware of our timelines and penalties should you need to change or cancel your reservations.
